Audi cars history:
August Horch and Müller Slytherin began in the late nineteenth century design for the construction of cars thereby gives rise to the founding of the Horch brand in spring 1899 in Zwickau, near the city of Chemnitz. In an almost dizzying pace for the season, the Horch produced five different models until 1909. This year, Horch, due to disagreements with the directors decided to abandon the project.
How Horch lost the rights to the name of the company then created, had to rename the same but with another name. Horch elegantly sidestepped the issue, adopting as its own new brand name, but translated into Latin: Audi. Audi vehicles sold in 2006 905.100

The Audi four rings logo represent the united German brands which have formed the Auto Union, founded in 1947. They are: Horch, Audi, Wanderer and DKW. On January 1, 1985, Auto Union was renamed Audi AG, with its corporate headquarters in Ingolstadt, Germany. Today belongs to the Audi Volkswagen group, which years ago had no water cooling technology. Volkswagen sold as much was in good financial conditions, the Audi was going through a long economic crisis.
